Second the ratio of product price and shipping price is "too damn high". I would gladly pay 40$ straight to TL for the mat and shipping on to, but to nearly pay the same for the shipping of the product seems miscalculated and should have been thought about beforehand...
Thirdly, I am really annoyed that European customers get the stick with $ to β¬ conversion again. Every freaking company does this, just copy paste the price to Euro and laugh at people for paying 1/3 more. That is just poor decision making buy the companies and really makes it hard for a European to buy something, cause you know you are getting cheated. In the Team Liquid store it actually calculates the end price in Dollars, so you do work with that. Why the hell did you guys not just keep the 20$ price tag for all regions, if your store calculates the final price to dollars anyway, instead you convert 20β¬ to 26$ and happily grab nearly 30% more money from Europeans? That just pisses me off.
ATM, I really want the mat, and I want to support TL. I would even be ok with paying more for the product, but they way you are handling this thing with the store, especially the $β¬ conversion, it just stops me every time.

You have the same concerns I have, which also kept me from ordering it from the TL store even though I would like to support TL more. Another big reason for me, which you did not mention, is that you will likely have to pay import VAT (19% in Germany) on top of it. I had this misfortunate experience when I ordered the 3-pack TL race logo shirts from the TL store two months ago (described what transpired here).

The Razer Goliathus TL mouse mat is back in stock there. I ordered it a few hours ago for 19.99 EUR plus 9.76 EUR shipping (which is still pretty high) from the Razer online store. I take it TL will still benefit since they own the TL brand and have a cooperation with Razer. The benefit for me here is that it will be sent from Europe, so no import VAT applies and it will only take a few days for it to arrive. Excited.
EDIT: The mouse mat was delivered today! It only took two days, wow.

You should get the final confirmation mail with your tracking # today or tomorrow. Got some delays with our distributor. Really sorry about that.

No worries, I just wanted to make sure everything was still happening with the order. I read about getting a tracking number a day or two after most orders are placed. I think the store is great and I'm sure I'll be making future purchases. Thanks for the update.

I have ordered a Goliathus Mouse Mat 6 days ago (March 9th), and I still haven't got my tracking number of shipping confirmation or whatever you should get when your item is being shipped I know someone who placed an order around the same time that I did (maybe a day earlier ?? ) and he got his own mouse mat today, wich had me "worried" since I still didn't have a shipping confirmation mail.
How long does it usually takes ?
Due to probably an either failure on my part, I am unable to find my order id. All I have is a transaction ID that has many more numbers than the usual eight I see posted by people.

Hi, I have a question, I know the key caps are sold out right now but I was wondering what the depth of the key cap is. Different key caps are meant for different rows on a cherry switch keyboard.
I assume it's for the row with the esc key - but want to be sure.

So what is exactly your problem, I told you the tracking doesn't get updated after the package reaches Chicago, you can quite literally get the package, check the status in 3 months from now and it will still say its in Chicago. When the shirt leaves the states USPS are not responsible for it and can't give any information about its location. It's a bad situation for everybody and it can be improved with much more expensive shipping service like FedEx. Calling me dbag who should'nt do customer service after explaining you how our international shipping works and why I can't tell you where the package is right now, isn't going to get you the information you want know. My best intentions are to help you and for me it's just not possible to help you more than that.
Your order was shipped out on 5th of March, sometimes it takes up to 4-5 weeks for the international orders to reach their destination, sometimes its a lot faster. USPS can't give exact ETA of delivery cause that depends on local post service and your zip code. If you don't get the package in 5 weeks after the order is shipped out by our distributor, we offer to send a replacement or refund you fully. Many people decide for one of the options and show understanding for the whole situation.

So my shirt arrived, and it's fantastic.
I wish I could say the same for the poster. It arrived dented and partly crumpled, likely as a result of the awful shipping it went through, but I'm not really happy with it. There's no real point in sending it back as the cost is prohibitive to send it from here to Australia.

I think you guys really need to reconsider using USPS, or make sure they treat our packages with more respect, because it's pretty hard to dent a cardboard tube so much that it actually damages the poster as well.
