I've been looking for some time to exchange my TL Jacket if possible. I got an M sized one, but I'd need an L sized. Is it still possible? And how should I proceed?

Can anyone pls help me, i tried to exchange my TL Jacket from XL to 2XL and send it back after one day to the TeamLiquid Store in England.
This was delievered 18.3.15 and since then i didnt recieve my exchange.
I contacted disciple, Plexa and the normal Store Contact formula and noone could give me a satisfying answer, when or if i get my 2XL Jacket.
(A answer which explain me the ongoing and a delievery date would 100% satisfy me)

I got my first Order-ID and the Tracking Number from the return to England, if someone want these facts dont hesitate to PM me.

Hi, I've ordered The Windranger t-shirt along with its digital unlock more than a month ago. Yesterday night, i received a mail that the order has been refunded in full, with no explanation.

When i got word about the t-shirt from the secret shop being sold here. I visited your e-store every day, refreshing and camping for a very long time for it. Finally, i managed to get 1 order through. (yes, your shirts are in high demand)
I've been checking my emails, along with tracking my order every single day along with looking at forums on how long it would take, only to be let down.

I really hope on your side, you could do something to rectify it as TL is well known in Singapore and I thought it could be a good birthday present to myself :/

Unfortunately the Windranger shirts have been out of stock for a long time. A glitch in the stock levels somehow allowed you to place an order even though it was actually out of stock. That order then got stuck at our warehouse since they had no more shirts to send. Since we didn't expect any more stock any time soon, we have cancelled and refunded any stuck orders since it would never have shipped.

We're improving our process to detect orders that get "stuck" like this and I'm sorry it took so long for your order to be cancelled / refunded.

hey, i ordered a shirt and in the order confirmation it says you're throwing in a "free gift".
i appreciate anything free.

however, i just hope this does not make the cost of shipping go up.
i'm in the great white north so shipping costs can rise fast.

Hi Guys, i tried to exchange my Jacket from the first Stock and because of bad circumstances i was told i have to wait for the new Stock and will get the first one in size 2XL but now the restock is released and i got no email, tracking number or other life signs. I tried since the news got online to contact the store or GMarshal but noone reactect.
