At least for me I can understand her fine. I don't like the pitch of her voice or the emphasis she puts on certain words, but I have no problem understanding her. I also think it's weird when they look into each others eyes all the time when they are talking ^_^ The fact that you can understand her when tons of other people can't doesn't change the fact that to many people she is very hard to understand. I just don't understand how people come here to say no she isn't hard to understand even if it's your opinion that she is. If there's so many people who have trouble understanding her then obviously she is hard to understand to quite a few people so she is as bad as people are making it out to be, you just don't happen to be one of the people who have trouble.

Although this first day might be rough for her... maybe even the first week by my predictions. In the end she WILL get more comfortable around Tasteless and Artosis. When that happens she will be more herself and that is what people will be attracted to. She will learn then games and strats as time goes by, but once Tasteless and Artosis are comfortable enough to call her out on mistakes she makes while casting (like Artosis does to Tasteless all the time) and laugh about the blunder right afterwards then I think the criticism will stop, and fun will be had by all!!!!!! Keep it up Kelly Ive seen alot of ppl use this kind of logic.. "it might take a month, but then she will know the game". Ok fair enough, that's all fine any dandy, but remind me why we don't just pick an american hobo to do the casting, cause the same would be true for him, and there would be alot less complaints about it.

I can understand what she is saying. However, she has at max (gratuitous) a low-masters concept of the game. 3 battles in a row, she announced who was going to win. 3 battles in a row, the opposite result happenned. She didn't even say "i think", she said it like a pure fact. Artosis and tasteless RARELY, if ever make that mistake. A caster should never say something in that form. Especially in losira's match on xel naga.... "protoss will easily hold this off". 5 seconds later he was dead. In the same game she also announced there would be pure speedlings, as a roach warren and baneling nest was under production. I'm trying here, I really am. I was going to buy a ticket. IDK at this point.

Our issue isnt that we can't understand her words, but rather the combination of a... "less than optimal" voice, pitch, and intonations. The result is that half the time our focus is taken away from the game, and spent instead on deciphering. There is no doubt she is trying hard, and no doubt she cares about the game, but the unfortunate truth is that her casting is anti-entertaining. I had to shut down the stream. MAD PROPS TO TASTELESS, he is being an uber gentleman

She really needs to work on articulation. I really really really hope she gets better because i'd hate to watch Code A in silence.

I hope they give me an early birthday present and throw in Artosis ♥ I think artosis + kelly might be a better team, as artosis is more of an analytical caster, and might just end up taking over completely.. Let us pray. edit: Anyone else who felt their heart flutter when she said that she was "almost speechless"? ^^

I hope as time goes on she will start sitting back and letting Artosis/Tasteless cast the 'exciting' parts that involves a lot of WPM because she's god awful at it.

Though it wasn't terrible, until I hear her screaming "SPREAD DA CWEEP" and then Tasteless says "yes, if he doesn't spread da cweep- er, creep." Her incomprehensible accent is spreading to Tasteless!
