TL will officially cast both semifinals and the finals.
No observers are allowed in games other than those designated by TL.
Looking forward to this TL Open, been looking for a chance to go up against some big names. Worth the 3.30 wakeup.

Last TL qualifier was pretty even percentages between races. I don't think this tells us anything about views on balance.
