Its all about the culture and atmosphere of the event. If you are okay with having things run late... then they will. If you are rigid and stringent and don't allow for something to run late; you will make it happen. There are plenty of evidences for this, think of almost any national sports event, unless something absolutely insane happens it WILL start on time. | ||
