It's called the "Dream of Balhae." There was a rumor that it's english name is Russian Roulette, but nothing is proven since OGN hasn't officially introduced the map. I got hold of this image from www.Fighterforum.com and no one labeled it as fake so it is very likely that this is the image of the new map.
The map was made trying to favor Protoss players. It's a semi-island map and kind of reminds me of Paradox.
In the main, there are 8 minerals and gas, and just in front of the main there is a nat with gas and 7 minerals. Other gas expos are at 3, 9 and there is a 2 gas 12 mineral super multi in the center (which reminds me of Neo Jungle Story)
People say this map is very good for Protoss but I think its the best for zerg. First of all zerg won't have to be nervous of early attacks and can easily take second hatchery before pool, and even 3 hatchery. Also this will allow zerg to get 2 gas very early but for Protoss and Terran they will have to do 2 or 3 command/nexus. I'm not gosu or anything and I'm just expressing my thoughts so no flaming please.
Personally I think this map is nono. I hate island maps and I think there will be very boring games here. T-T

It looks a bit empty, with lots of empty space in the land portion of the map. Personally I think it would favour Zerg as well, but I'm just a newbie =/

i agree, the map is hollow as hell. it's like a donut w/o sugar.
i was highly anticipating a semi-map that was as balanced and beautiful as NFZ.
oh well, at least we still have Alchemy and Neo Guillotine (although this name is so vicious for such a nice-looking map).

Eh, I don't really like this map a lot. It sucks for T with all the open space and islands, and it looks kinda boring.

I disagree with you here. You can replace "zerg" with "toss" or "terran" and it will still make alot of sense. And actually, allowing protoss to take a second nexus without fear of early attacks is much more dangerous than allowing zerg to take a second hatch without fear of early attacks. This map does seem to favor protoss over zerg. Protoss can double nexus and quickly tech to sair+reaver and it will be very tough for zerg to overcome it.
Also, how does Alchemist look like?

Alchemist v1.0:
Dream of Balhae favor Zerg a bit from previous island maps b/c to fully take advantage of the natural geyser, zerg can build a 3rd hatch close to it.

Like Leg said, Alchemist is imbalance at position 3.
The other positions are interconnected by flat surfaces (easier to exp and manuever), while position 3 are connected by ramps and bridges.
