I don't think he was the best top laner or anything of the sort, but keep in mind that this was when Nien was (still is) a shitter, Dyrus was on his way down, and Balls wasn't nearly as dominant as he is today. Even the best shitter in a trash can is still a shitter

Even at Vulcun's peak, it wasn't like Benny was that good. I doubt anyone ever said or thought "Without Sycho Sid this team would be so much worse off." He did his job and didn't do terrible, but that doesn't make him amazing or anything.

Of course it's all situational, but it's been known to happen to give you top laner a lot of farm while the other four people try to make space for him to farm/cede advantages to get farm onto the top laner. And let's be real, you can't even use the bolded phrase to describe half the players in NA LCS l0l.

Uzi will not be having cheeseburgers, but he will be freed of his current squad to try to bring whit3zz back from the dead presumably.

The main problem for Uzi is that it's very difficult to build a team around him. The combination of his skill, personality, and age makes it tough to find suitable people. He's not someone who's fit, from what we see, to act as an elder advisor and build up a team of amateurs. There simply aren't any veteran players who are available to make a team with him, and I'd be skeptical if he can find Whitezz again or anything of the sort.

Well, Benny carried bunch of games, you can't say that mancloud was only one with 4 shitters on his back. Especially it was fun, when he singlehandedly dismantled Curse in game 1 of Summer split after all hype with Edward and stuff, Curse looked silly dying to his Kennen, like always. But it's hard to be hyped when you play Shen half of split and other half of split you play Renekton, not everyone can be Flame, Gogoing, Shy, PDD or Caomei. Inb4 Royal Club switches into GPL, Toyz gets resurrected and healed with Stanley, Tabe throws coaching away and Lilballz getting back as well. Cool <33 Caomei is kind of a bad example because for the majority of his career, he was considered a very weak top laner, and WE would often aggressively pursue 1v2/2v1 lane swaps so that weakness gets mitigated. He was basically nicknamed after playing from behind in Chinese for the longest time, in addition to the countless first blood jokes that were floating around. The world's memory of Caomei is when he ws 1v5ing in the enemy base with Rengar, but I assure you that is not at all representative of the majority of his career. WE was, and is still is, an ADC-centric team, with mid taking second priority usually. If you watched Cool's comeback game against iG, he was absolutely mediocre, and was a clear class below Zzitai. Does not bode well for OMG's All-Star chances if Cool is played.

And yep, but i still hope that it was just a fluke ;_; Still, even with mediocre Cool, OMG can't place lower than top-2.
