If dexter didn't initiate near Baron which led for losing 5k gold in 1 minute, 1-3-1 with Nocturne/Orianna/Nami clearspeed would have dried TSM in 10-15 minutes. Who would have stopped both? Mundo can handle Jax probably, but not Vayne. In NiP-KMT game in Promotions this stuff happened twice with Vayne/Kayle/other team. Noone cared about Zorozero's Shyvana with 400 minions and 0-0-0, Vayne and Kayle just won.

Nein trying to duel Dyrus to death with 2500 gold in his pocket and 0 pieces of triforce kinda put this threat level in the dumpster as far as 3-1-1 was concerned.

I bet if clg had the choice again they'd probably have gone for Megazero instead of Nien. Clg themselves were still stuck in the "doublelift 1v5" gameplan so they saw this mechanical god AD on Marn and thought they could shape him into an amazing toplaner although he's never played that lane. 2 splits later I'm still waiting for that "potential"

You don't deal with the Vayne 1v1 because you can't. You fight the lopsided numbers teamfight and force their hand.

From what I've read here:
Everyone is terrible. We should fire them all.

Mostly Nien. Dexter just needs remediation. TheOddOne needs a retirement plan. Most of Coast, EG, and XDG need relegation.
Seems to be the jist.

Oddone's still ok but his retirement plan is probably streaming fulltime and earning 150-200k annually until League dies. He wont ever get benched though unless he starts to massively underperform.

Nien just isn't one of those, he does alright on everything that isn't laning phase, but his laning is so damn suspect. Dexter just imploded for whatever reason, but considering how big an improvement he is compared to CLG's junglers in the past 2 years, he's too precious to get rid of.
also, CLG zorozero when?
|
Hopefully they snatch him up if NiP doesn't get it or hell just snatch him up even if NiP does get in. The only thing worse then Nien top lane is all the people saying how good he is. The guy has been consistently mediocre for the whole season and season before that. CLG is no longer a team looking to merely be mediocre, maybe in Hotshot days it would be have been to strive for not last but now they want to be the best so having a top laner like Nien is just not helping them. Dexter imploding is temprement related which can be worked on, Nien has been working on his play for a year now and is still shit.

Yea pretty dumb when mechanical skill is almost not a thing in top lane. its more like jungler where 90% of your play is decision making and the other 10% is just being able to lane properly.

It will be a fucking nightmare if quickshot is casting the finals.
Oh and C9 3-1

C9 3-0 tonight, TSM were 1,5 feet out of championship contending yesterday, no reason to think that C9 will let games slip from their hands, considering that they were practising with CLG. Just curious, will they 2v2 with Meteos farming on Nocturne/other stuff or 4v0 every game with Lee Sin/Elise Meteos.
CLG 2-0 as well.

I still think the sequence where Nien's Jax managed to die to Mundo without any pieces of Triforce, missed a ward hop, used his ult before Mundo is on top of him which wasted more mana, then finally just saying "screw it, I'm trying to kill you" because he ran out of mana because he used the last of it offensively was probably one of the worst sequences of plays I've ever seen from a pro player, right up there with Reginald's Zed, Bigfatlp's nonexistent wardhop, and Dyrus dying to wolves.
It takes some serious skill to screw up that many times in a row.

whenever quickshot says deliver i think of an organ

CST vs CLB EG vs C9T And as expected XDG vs LMQ
I think its safe to say that XDG is gone lol
I think Coast will make it back. EG I'm not sure

Does 3rd place matter at all? I'm kinda not hyped at all for this. However the additional incentive of going to Allstars really makes the finals exciting, suprisingly more than I anticipated. I really hope the 3rd place match will be over asap.
