Viewership overall has looked pretty decent so far for 2014, not nearly as bad as I had feared, but I am little worried about ZvP and ZvT degenerating into turtle fests. I don't think that will have much casual appeal in the long run.

I have seen 30k+ during Samsung vs SKT, while previous season Grand Finals peaked at 18k... Interesting thing - OGN global channel for LoL is usually about 30k-40k for regular games, which is not that much of a difference. Imo that says there is not that much difference in hardcore viewers (so the people who are willing to watch the best games even in unusual hours) but there is huge amount of casual people who just watch LCS and player streams.

Good to see ProLeague doing much better. It's also really fun to watch, and you could actually tell that audiences tripled by checking out the stream. Wish it was that awesome when I was in Korea!
