That was one of the biggest backhands of all time. And Revival isn't even *that* bad. NaNi won that like Darkhoarse playing vs. me

I suppose it's ok to have one white dude at blizzcon

Revival probably threw #EGMONEY

This was fun. The fights were much less onesided than people want to make them look. One mistake and it would be gg for Naniwa (or just leaving, considering who he is).

You mean apart from the very difficult games he had to play to get the points to be in this tiebreaker in the first place, right?

Hydras are no real counter to blink stalkers. People need to start realising that! It´s more the other way around, blink stalkers are a soft counter to hydralisks.

It's only trading 400 minerals for an army, after all. I wonder why this doesn't happen more often. It doesn't work against a competent zerg. Presumably Naniwa has a backup plan where he transitions into actually using the 3rd if the zerg doesn't attack like a mindless zergling.

Also I haven't seen one infestor, viper, mutalisk, corruptor, ultralisk or brood lord in this game. (Let's not talk about swarm host, he's not invited to the party) Actually this is good for Naniwa. Soulkey hasn't seen him use any of those units.

Goddammit, I tuned in an hour late. Guess that explains the page explosion. Easy NaNi domination as expected. Give the guy one opponent, some time and motivation and he'll tailor death.

Not a hard counter, but certainly hydra+ling deals better with blink stalkers than roach+ling.
