YoDa lost to Hurricane mostly because he lost his factory before he started his armory and then tilted hard when he discovered he had made a fusion core instead of an armory when he was about to begin 2/2.

It seems like that, but I guess he might not be comfortable with the timings or such yet. It's kind of like MMA, who was amazing at bio play and multitasking drops, but yet had trouble with Protoss, even though it seemed like he had the ability to be a great TvP player.
Always happy to see Squirtle crush face, but why the hell did FXO not send a single Terran? Doesn't make much sense. Also these being Bo7 instead of Bo9 kinda sucks, maybe I'll grow to like it. IDK.

Well, sC is probably still adjusting to HotS what with switching back from LoL.
Thebest...is not the best
and Gumiho was probably being saved for a zerg. Though I do have to wonder about the choice of JKS.
FXO is probably my 2nd favorite team and they were very good in WoL. However, for the first HotS season I don't think FXO will do well. Reason being, they lack diversity. FXO comes down to Tear/Gumiho/Leenock and either Lucky or JKS. The former 3 could be counted on in WoL for being great in all 3 matchups, but in HotS things are still being figured out and that may not necessarily be the case.
Prime has it even worse. They're smaller and still don't have a good Zerg. It's just 3 badass terrans and Creator. A small squad of elites.
That new studio looked really professional, it looked similar to their finals view or even a normal broadcasted sporting event. I like the new feel it gave, this year is going to be great for SC2. Squirtle is definitely paying off for IM, and he scored me 8 points for just that one match :D

I agree. The old Void Ray, at least you had to clone to try to allow it to attack a unit long enough to charge (though it wasn't really practical in actual fights as the VR wouldn't charge fast enough before it either got destroyed or you destroy their army).
I think a compromise would be to make the charge an active ability (that doesn't have smart cast), that causes it to charge and lock on one target (and that target only; if the VR switches target, it loses the charge).
The duration (of the charge and unit lock on) should be lowered to 7 seconds, cooldown should also be lowered to 15 seconds.
That way, the Void Ray is harder to use and in its current state (where lots do say it's imbalanced, Artosis and Incontrol for example) might allow it easier to counter the Void Ray.
Alternatively they could do it the boring way and make it so Void Rays have 10% less movement speed or 1 less range while charged up (so for increased damage against armored, you lose out MS or range on VR).

this is completely wrong. TvP is traditionally gumiho's best mu, and this is coming from gumibear himself.

fxo have at least 1 or 2 ih 'tourneys' on a weekly basis iirc, and thebest consistently scores quite high, even coming in 1st a lot of the time. it just seems that he cant get his shit together when it comes to broadcasted matches.
