2AM GMT -> 12AM GMT
that's like my entire sleep schedule

That's a pretty awful playerlist, Creator, Rain, Curious, HerO or Stephano to win.
Also Stephano beating HerO wouldn't be an upset.

God, there goes my newly-fixed sleeping pattern

LucifroN! He recently won Nerchio 3-0 and Stephano 4-1. This is a good time and you can do it!

I can't wait to see how some of these foreigners have practiced over the last few months to prepare for this. It's an absolutely incredible tournament and I cannot wait to watch it!

He won Nercio and Stephano? As slaves?

Since all my terran heroes are not in, im gonna throw in with HerO and Grubby.
Pure heart and cock-answer in that poll tbh... Usually, when I apply logic on who I think deserves to win based on skill and mental strength, I get frustrated. This will have to do.

Lol, and the polls actually show Rain as the clear favourite. What's your beef, man?
Anyway, so fucking stoked for this event! Lucifron has a really good group and RO16 prospect. I think he can make it very far for all the Terrans out there.

Curious has proven he cant get past ro16 no matter how good he is. Roro has shown extremely good z v z but his other match ups looked weak last time i saw them. He might have improved though.

Am I getting this wrong or is there actually no loser's bracket this time? What gives? o_O

uh so
...are the finals like... around noon sunday cet?
great, I'll be away from friday evening 'til sunday afternoon, excellent..........

This thing has like the absolute best possible schedule for Europeans. It's even better than European tournaments (which tend to run late sometimes). Mainly, the finals will be 6 pm, not in the middle of the night like MLG.
The only thing I have a little doubt about is the quality of the games, since these players are not "the 32 best in the world", but the best from areas of different skill levels. On the other hand, we may see some interesting surprises and it's nice to have one such big event with different people in it for a change.
btw. looking at the list of participants, the system is quite funny. it basically punishes you for being from Asia, as all Asian slots, barring two from both China nationals, are taken by Koreans anyway ...

rofl, the mental image that this conjured up was hilarious, not to mention nsfw xD xD
On a less amusing note, this tourney will fuck up my sleeping schedule like no other in the last months, really unfortunate time for Europe... I was hoping it would start a little later. But there's no way I'm gonna miss this. Sacrificing sleep for esports has become a habit anyways, so... I guess I'll be okay ^^
