That's kind of the only super late game ZvZ style there is actually. Look at any high level ZvZ nowadays. Usually it just ends up being roach hydra infestor vs roach hydra infestor, both sides trying to engage well and get huge surrounds. Very rarely, especially after going so infested into that, do you actually manage to get to hive tech. Scarlett however transitions to Hive much faster, and is much more willing to play that kind of style.

Honestly I can't wait for the Scarlett vs Hyun match. Haven't been this excited for an IPLFC since Stephano vs MC.

I highly doubt she is even Code A level now with such big names in Code A currently.

Her creep spread is amazing and will give her good map vision..... but it will also let HyuN's units attack her faster >:D If Scarlett can get it into late late game she might have a chance, I have yet to see HyuN use BL's in a ZvZ so if he is not used to it his timings/reactions against it could be off. That being said.... HyuN is quite possibly the best player in the world at mid game lair tech units so getting there isn't exactly going to be easy..... Either way should be some great and entertaining games!

Vortix was doing it against Stephano at WCS Europe for instance. Edit: On October 23 2012 10:16 PhoenixVoid wrote: Still have doubts whether Scarlett could take down HyuN in a Bo9. I feel like there's no evidence for Scarlett being a Code A level player...>_> Good, but wait till she starts playing against the big guns.

Scarlett is really good and is one of the top few north american players, but Hyun is Hyun. He's won like 11 weeks now, he won't lose to a foreigner. Couldn't agree more. HyuN is too good to lose to a foreigner in an offline bo9 imo. Has some of the best practice partners available as well if he wants considering his team in like 3/4 zerg.

No offese TLO, you're a really cool guy and all but Scarlett looks like a Code A player most of the time. Well, after 10 weeks, maybe i'll be pleasantly surprised by Scarlett!

Well if it's all on NA she might have a better shot. I can't see early game ling/bling micro being fun playing with cross server lag....

Agreed completely, but the NA lag may screw over HyuN. Hopefully it isn't as bad as in EU.
