Did you hear that from NASL season 1?
Season 3 had quite a lot of live matches, as well as replay casts usually from the prior day. Having a mix actually works well, because if there's an issue they can delay the live matches and cast the replays instead.
Unfortunately NASL got a bit of a bad rep in S1 and S2 wasn't great, and it seems like a lot of people haven't kept up.
IMO NASL S3 was awesome, it was one of the few things worth regularly tuning in for.
For the sake of studying, I won't be buying an S4 pass, since between now and Christmas I need to pass some exams, but it's a shame a lot of people missed out on Season 3 and still have such negative preconceptions about NASL that haven't been relevant sometimes for over a year.
