So far, Protoss has 100% winrate over Zerg, and out of every single Terran game we've seen, Terran has won all of them and lost all of them.
It's so much more fun this way.

So Protoss and Zerg both gets long range units that effectively make tanks useless - OK, using tank against protoss is already a joke unless you go full mech. Tempest should do very well against Thor. Zerg long-range that out-ranges the tank? So both Protoss and Zerg have a siege unit that does both air and ground, which Terran has one for ground only, geh. We get an air-capable spider mine instead of a unit to make up for that discrepancy. Despite warhound being anti-mech, it seems to be rather poor against stalkers but can withstand hits from colossus, this can do some nice switch-ups. Nothing on the terran T3 end shown yet though, a tad disappointing as it has the weakest late game.
So for me: Protoss units - nice additions, Zerg units - nice additions, Terran - not subpar, but average in light of the other two. Rather than take away from the other two races, blizzard should consider adding a bit more for Terran. Oh well, that's what the beta is for - to find out. Protoss and Zerg looks to have fun match-up in HotS.

I like the idea of the mothership core. Gives protoss some nice defensive abilities without the absurd archon toilet. Tempest seems like a good way to force engagements vs a BL/infestor army too. Makes it more interesting, and gives Protoss a way to win that feels like a win, not a lucky vortex.
I really dislike the idea of the widow mine, mostly because it discourages packs of raiding mutas without the use of terran micro. (Takes less multitasking to fend off muta packs all of a sudden.)

I think it's going to come down to high-templar feedback vs viper abduction, just like it was with ghost emp vs templar feedback.

HOTS = Heart of Terran Suffering.
Protoss and Zerg are getting lots of interesting and potentially powerful stuff while Terran some boring halfassed units. No wonder they choosed PvZ as the battlereport, there is little to no point showing the crap Terran is going to get.
I hoped I would start playing SC2 again after the WoL dissapointment, but it seems like they are intent to make the game even worse experience, at least for Terran players. Seems like I'm keeping my money then...

Wait what? Race with the easiest mode of detection and vision (observer) now just got a unit with 22 range to go with it. Protoss can completely shut down zerg mining at the cost of energy, which they can just refill using the mothership core. Protoss still has warp in so they virtually negate defenders advantage, and when an attack looks bad they can recall out. As if having one of, if not the best cloaked unit in the game in DTs they gave the oracle the ability to instantly make entire armies invisible.
Where do they look the weakest again?

Cloud + Fungal = dead enemies. You mean Cloud + Fungal = too gas-heavy for midgame. (i thought i heard in the video vipers were 200 gas. So an infestor-viper combo alone is 350 gas.
It's not like every player gets the units extra compared to normal, you have to sacrifice other stuff. Like what you do in WOL, except with extra units.

Hrm, looks more and more like I'll go Zerg in HotS, units all look amazing and gameplay looks fun and varied.
Terran got shafted with what looks like 1 interesting new additon with the reintroduction of mines. The new factory units kinda suck, it's nice that they are trying to make it viable in TvP but it's not what people have been asking for imo. For now it seems far more likely that if you go mech you'll just play it like beefy bio with battlehellions and warhounds + supplementary units rather than exercising space control and forcing P into bad engagements.
