No actually my primary interest with the video was how you can set magnitudes when using that software. I am guessing he could decrease gravity by making the down arrow shorter, but I wonder if there's an easy way to specify that the arrow's length should correspond to 9.8 m/s^2. How was the decision made as to whether or not the marbles should interact directly with the spring or just go through it? Really cool but I'm guessing a lot of its weaknesses were pointedly not shown in the video there.

Well, considering that MIT is NOT ivy-league.... Dude, you're asking all the wrong questions. MIT has more money, prestigue, better faculty-student ratio, smarter students, better teaching staff. MIT has the leading scientists in the world who are gaining Nobel Prizes to this very day. The fact that you graduated from MIT (with no regards to GPA) gives you a better chance of getting a job than a non-Ivy student. The fact that the courseload at MIT is so much harder than other schools makes MIT students deserve those jobs.
