I'd assume the timing of FA have to be between PL seasons. Otherwise, you have cases where say Lecaf wins the regular season only to have Jaedong go to another team right before the finals. I hope there's a salary cap based on team revenue for the sake of parity and emphasis on developing players rather than just buying them Yankee-style. But I have a feeling the rich is only going to get richer in this scenario.

![]() + Show Spoiler [Sneak peek] + ... February of 2005, Choi Yeon-Sung (iloveoov), a part of SK Telecom, signed with KTF although his contract with SKT has not been terminated. As the truth came to light, there was a great controversy. Afterwards, Choi reported a termination of contract to KTF and re-signed with SKT. Although this could have grown into a much bigger problem involving lawsuits, the case came to a close when Choi was reprimanded with a 3 month ban from team leagues and a total of 5 million Wons (approx. $5000 USD).

Btw, the 15% games played rule sux. What's the amount of games you played matter? I mean, if you have played so many few games in PL and haven't qualified for any individual league, chances are the team won't even care about that player leaving, and maybe he can look for another team that suits him better and further develop. I hope they at least include Restricted Agents, so poor teams at least have a chance to match any offer made from the shark teams.
