So I either need to find a modeler, wait for SC2 community to become active on this front (which is looking grim), or maybe blizzard will release a fantasy themed model pack. Item systems are done, they just need a little more content. Ideally I'd like to get it released before the end of spring, but I don't think this is too likely atm.
