+ Show Spoiler +The Genie that haunts the moonbeams spake to the Daemon of the Valley, saying, “I am old, and forget much. Tell me the deeds and aspect and name of them who built these things of Stone.” And the Daemon replied, “I am Memory, and am wise in lore of the past, but I too am old. These beings were like the waters of the river Than, not to be understood. Their deeds I recall not, for they were but of the moment. Their aspect I recall dimly, it was like to that of the little apes in the trees. Their name I recall clearly, for it rhymed with that of the river. These beings of yesterday were called Man.” from Memory, H.P Lovecraft

How many minerals are in the gold patches? Seems like it may be rather difficult for a Zerg to take an early 3rd vs Toss, but it is hard to say without being able to get in game with it t,t
Hopefully I'll be seeing it on NA!

I don't know about the center of the map, it seems a bit narrow. However I love the layout of the bases Good Job !

im always amazed by your texturing skills, so good. the map is also pretty awesome, i would give it a 7 on sc2melee

For some reason this map feels kinda like the earlier SC2 maps to me... Not sure what it is. It's just like... It's feels free, like when people didn't know what they were doing and just did whatever. Not in a bad way; this map doesn't really break any important rules or anything, but maybe when people started to figure out what was good and bad in mapping, they (or we) focused on that and lost sight of any weird or funky ways to fit the terrain into the map. Still can't put my finger on exactly it is in this map, though. Reminds me a bit of BW maps as well.
Anyways, I like it. The center's cool. Not sure about the watchtowers; do they reveal a bit too much? But the use of big and small ramps here seems pretty nice.

Good revision! I don't know about 7, it's kind of bland...
Better than that gsl map though.

The gold patches are 36 minerals per patch. I heard that is standard. Yeah, need to see games. I'll try to get it on NA.
The map is, btw, is currently a Starbow map. Here's a replay. The toss played the game for the first time, but I was a bit confused to see the Starbow veteran terran expand horizontally. It makes sense to get yoru first 5 bases that way I supose when the army is slow mech.
How would you expand, in different matchups?
(also, I'll post detail images on tower range and the like soon)

Glad to hear from the texturer of this, which is unbeatable.

I love everything about the map other than the narrow center and the some what risky 3rd. Texture work is simple yet very appealing.

Oh my friggin' god! I LOVE the aestethics of this map! It seems somewhat chokey though. Might be a problem?
