i has:
GA-EX58-UD3R
i7 920@2.79
3GB RAM
Nvidia GeFORCE9800GT
Coolmaster 600W
windows 7 ultimate x32
So i was playing CoD4 because i was w8ing for my friend to come online for some sc2 action. While i was playing (i was listening to music at the same time) the pc froze and the music was playing at super slow speed. After 5 minutes of w8ing the pc was running again but i had a black screen in my 1st monitor (2nd monitor was working fine)I used task manager and i stopped CoD4 from there(both monitors are working fine)After that i tryed to play Dota2 and while i was playing 1st monitor went black again for 4-5 seconds and i got the message "nvidia kernel mode driver XXX.XX stopped responding and has successfully recovered).I thought i had to update my drivers. So i did
After restarting my system in the motherboard infos(f2 for bios and stuff) i get some white dots.In the post screen i get ($) almost in every word. But when the windows are loading everything is working fine EXCEPT that my graphics card fan is working at 100% all the time.I was about to format my computer cause i need x64windows for my 3d work.So after moving my files in an external HDD i started formating.
Everything is going ok UNTIL i reach in the end.Instead of getting "setup is checking video performance" i get a BSOD but it lasts for 2 seconds.
NOTE:I dont have any OS atm because i actually wanted to erase everything in my HDD
No matter what i do i cant avoid the BSOD.
Today i unplugged my GPU i cleaned it up but when i try to boot the pc i get 4 -5 beeps one long i think.
I really think its my GPU but i am clueless about things like that.
Guys i really need your help because i finished my exams and i want to go FULL NERD MODE
