The main difference is that it delays the push a bit (at about 10.30-11 minutes game time), and that it gets speed for roaches, banelings and zerglings. It goes something like this: 15 Hatch 17 Gas 16 Pool 20 both Queens at nat and main @ 100 Ga, get zergling speed - keep drones on gas 26 Roach Warren @ 100 Gas get Lair When you start Lair you get your Banes Nest @ 50/80 Lair get the remaining 3 Geysers Drones untill full 2base saturation (about 44 if you can it that) Overlords as appropriate. Then when Lair finishes you get Roach and Bane speed, and then start pumping Roaches till you get close to about 100 food. Then mass a ton of lings and move towards your opponents base. When the lings get there, morph as many banes as you can, and then push into his nat for the (hopefully) kill. If you don't manage to score a GG, you atleast need to completely destroy his natural, and then start droning like a crazy. Oh, and prepare for a banshee followup by throwing down an Evo Chamber as you push out, and get preemptive spores. It may be kinda of intuitive, but in case you don't make the connection, this kind of build, while very strong (and still not completely refined, but hey, maybe you can help me with that! :D), is super open to any kind of 1/1/1 cloaked banshee rush unless scouted immediately, or basically any kind of starport play (drops, etc). Also, because the budget is kind of tight, it's not always easy to adapt to any kind of ground all-in. Especially not Marauder/Helion all-ins... "shrug"!! Anyway, I hope you may be able to use this for something, even if it isn't the exact build you asked for. Also, if you have any questions or suggestion (or anyone else for that matter), feel free to throw me a PM. I'm on EU server: JBN.504

It's not DRGs build but still a very effective roach bling bust off of 2 base although this one is a speedling expand. I'm sure you could tweak it a little to make hatch first work if that's more your thing.

15 - Hatchery 17 - Pool 18 - Gas (at main base) 17 - Overlord 18 - Queen x2 22 - Zergling x2 27 - Overlord 28 - Metabolic Boost 28 - Overlord ~42 - Gas (at natural, timing seems to be good right when your Spawn Larvae pops) 44 - Overlord 44 - Roach Warren (This should be placed down right as Metabolic Boost finishes) 44 - Overlord x2 44 - Baneling Nest (Placed right as Roach Warren finishes or earlier) 44 - Roach x12 *From here he'll make a pair of Overlords and pump Zerglings Notes + Show Spoiler + 44 Supply is kind of the magic number, you should have both bases saturated and each base should have a gas. Overlords in this area could probably be scrutinized a bit more, but it seems to work well for me. Try to keep Drones even at each base, DRG looks to build his Baneling Nest from the drones at the natural in order to make it simple to stay even. Banelings are slow so morphing them near the Terran base is ideal, you should have enough resources to make about 12 of them which should bust you through just about anything. DRG seems to opt for a Lair, another Hatchery (macro or 3rd) and Evolution Chambers. The games didn't last long enough to see what this would look like if everything hit even, but at the very least it gives you a good amount of possibilities to work with. I have found that if you Drone hard then your main should be saturated by the time your natural is up. Just rally your Drones to your natural when it pops and you should be good. There is enough room in this build to lay down a Spine Crawler if Terran is being aggressive with Hellions, good control should be able to stop them till the Roaches pop. DRG got beaten pretty badly by Banshee's so I'd say watch out for that. From my little messing around 2 Barracks seems to disrupt the build pretty badly, enough so that Terran can get Siege tanks out before your ready to bust. Only other thing to say is keep on eye on your rally point (I like to rally to a Roach) and stay on top of injects. You need to be damn near perfect with injects to keep your minerals down.

There are literally thousands of legit replays, not to mention tens of thousands of hours of stream VOD's. I'm only talking about vids pirated from tournaments which are pay-to-view. If those shut down, you can get better all you want. You'll have no large tournaments to compete in however.

You don't improve from watching other people and trying to copy them, perhaps it helps but there is tons of streams and free replays. Pirating from a tournament is not good no matter what you try to say.
