Beat it in what seems to be a pretty quick time judging from this thread. Upgrade strat was just to buy whatever was most expensive and available. Mini-strategy guide: Save your slams. Initially I thought burning a slam when you were capped was ideal as you wouldn't 'waste' regen that way but it's really better to just save it. Whole thing is about managing your speed - The idea is to just skate along the bears trying to use slams to lose as little speed as possible until you get lucky and hit a boost. If you hit the ground you lose some speed, if you hit a bear you lose a tiny amount of speed, if you slam a bear or the ground you lose no speed. The higher your arc at any given moment the more efficiently you are traveling - anything you can hit in the air will give you speed - hitting the height cap will give you speed - police eat a ton of speed, hitting a policeman can end your run as you usually won't clear the next wall - Sometimes you can slam a policeman and not lose speed, but it's totally inconsistent... sometimes you'll get instantly carted off despite having like 1/3rd speed meter, sometimes you'll randomly take the slow, sometimes you'll crush him and take no loss. If you have to slam a policeman do it but otherwise just bounce over it by slamming early to change your arc... too random otherwise. - When you get a rocket, fly at mid-level for a second and then zoom up to hit the height cap just before the ride ends, this gains the most amount of speed possible | ||
