Thoughts on winning twice today?
First off, in both my game against Flying on Empire of the Sun and the Ace game, my strategies were concocted today. I won with strategies that just suddenly occurred to me, and my opponents' strategies just happened to fit mine. Overall, I got pretty lucky.
When you saw Flying's hidden expo, were you surprised?
After I destroyed one of his bases, I felt like I had an advantage. While I was macroing up, I used my vultures to scout all over the place, and I found that hidden expo. I was a bit surprised, but all the while I'd been mowing down my enemy's troops, so I was still able to win.
Who did you expect to face for the Ace match?
Since Really moved to Woongjin, they have Ace-worthy players from all 3 races, so I had no choice but to practice all three matchups. However, I principally practiced TvZ, so during the game I had a lot of confidence.
The Sparks Terran rush left deep impressions. [T/N thanks Sillylaughs for pointing this out!]
During practice I played this way as well. Even if I couldn't just take the game right there, I'd have big surpluses, so I could still use tactics and I felt no pressure. Once I destroyed the second base, I felt that I was going to win. Even though my enemy still had resources, I knew no matter what the game was in the bag.
In his interview, Sea mentioned a player selection ceremony award. What's your take?
I know the prize is a Galaxy Tab, but I already have an iPad, so I'm not really thinking about it. Out of curiosity I bought an iPad, but recently my mom has been using it to play GoStop [T/N thanks OpticalShot]. She said the screen size was good but it was still portable, so she took it so I could concentrate on playing. Hyun is also using an iPad; he's been downloading books to read. It seems like this thing has a lot of use.
Goal for R2?
It's tough to call an exact number, but if I get over 50% winrate I'll be happy. Right now, I'm the team's ace, but in R1 I lost all my ace matches. I was called into question, and my confidence dropped like a rock. In R2, I hope to show everyone my winning form. Just like in last year's SWL, I'll work hard and strive for good results.
Anything else?
Our team has a new b-teamer protoss called Ha Jae Sang. Sometimes, we'll play games where we swap races. I always win, so I call him [T/N some nickname, dunno what it means ]

Sea, Jaehoon
Thoughts on the win?
>Sea: I never thought we would turn a 0:3 into a 4:3. I only thought that if we won while being down 0:3, we would have a shot, so my win today was more meaningful than ever before
>Jaehoon: To be honest, I was really scared after we lost the first three games. After he won, Sea spoke about an interview, so I didn't know what to do. It's good that Light won and I have a lot of confidence against T, so I could win too.
The amount of hidden expoing was unbelievable.
>Sea: I've been practicing for this type of strategy all along. I guessed my opponent would be a T or a Z, but I never thought it would be free. As soon as I saw him, I knew he was sent out to snipe me, so I used that strategy. The starting positions were very conducive to using a hidden expo, so I wasn't pressured.
>Jaehoon: Even though my scouting was late, I didn't care very much. I predicted my opponent would try pressure, so I diligently defended. That way, my situation changed for the better. In the late game, Really's EMP usage was outstanding, so I thought I would still lose, but I played the war of attrition well, so I took the advantage.
What interview were you guys referring to?
>Sea: I heard that if I won, Stork would be very happy. Even though I don't know why, I can already imagine Stork's smiling face. [T/N Stork said he was unhappy with free being #1 kespa toss]
You started off R2 well; what's your goal?
>Sea: In R1, I went 7-3. In R2, I'll work toward 8-2.
>Jaehoon: I don't have an exact number I'm striving for; I just want to win each of my games. Last time, I was sadly burdened with two losses, but I learned a lot. If I had been more calm, my win rate would have risen. So now I must play coolly in advantageous situations.
Your next opponent is ACE, whom you lost to in R1.
>Sea: ACE is a tough opponent, but I didn't think we would lose 0:4. This time, we'll try and hit back with a 4:0.
>Jaehoon: I've lost to ACE so many times, this time I must win.
Anything else?
>Sea: I'm eagerly awaiting the MSL group selection. To be honest, I'm not that confident about a performance award, so I can only be the king of impulsive speech. I've heard Stork is working hard too, so I'll take this as an open declaration of war. I'll get that award. I also hope Messi scores a goal!
>Jaehoon: Thanks to those who helped me practice. I practiced with all 3 races, and my temper flared, so I have to apologize. Even though I lost twice against Samsung, the coaches still had the confidence to send me out, so I'm deeply grateful for that, and I'll dedicate today's win as repayment. I'll work toward becoming a player who can win Ace games.
