Dear Liquidia Four score and seven minutes ago our hosts brought forth in this fourm a new thread conceived in awesomeness and dedicated to the proposition that all men should post a lot. Now we are engaged in a great Mafia game testing whether this thread, or any thread so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great postingfield in honor of previous games. We have come to dedicate a portion of this thread as a final resting-place for those who here were active that that thier game might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this. But, in a larger sense, we cannot dedicate, we cannot consecrate, we cannot hallow this ground. The TL Mafia forum will little note nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here. Anyone have any counter-points to this? ok, do you mind if I look at it this way? Lets take the worst case scenario, 1 Blue claims and one red claims. We vote for one and lynch the other, if one flips blue then the other is scum, if the other flips scum then the other is blue, this seems good, but at worst its a 1 to 1 trade at best its one scum for one probably roleblocked blue. I don't think its terrible, but it really depends on how powerful our blues are, thats why it should be up to them weather its worth it or not. In a normal setup I'd take the 1 for 1 in a heartbeat, but there are 10 scum out there and we need all the power roles we can get. I support this plan on the condition we wait till night 0 is over so the blues can see their powers and decide based on that information | ||

I'm officially announcing my candidacy for mayor of this city. I will not be making promises or threats. I will not campaign for myself, nor will I attack other candidates. I do not believe a mayoral campaign has any meaning. Rhetoric has nothing to do with the best choice for mayor. Most of you have seen me play mafia in several games by now; make your choice based on what you've seen so far. I'm intelligent and analytically talented. Theres no way to confirm if a blue claiming or counterclaiming is actually blue without dts, which we don't have yet. The plan would have worked if bum was a blue and claimed right away, instead of pitching the idea. as it is however, we've had the chance to think about it, scum will just claim blue to confuse everyone. On the upside, however, the blue circle will have a confirmed red or black... so i guess the plan has its merits. | ||

we all have bad games. i have bad games. everyone has bad games. that said, if i am having a GOOD game, i completely fucking rape the opposition. there is probably just as much a chance that a mayor has a good game as a bad one, so let's give me the chance to have a good game this time and proceed to roll the fuck on the reds and blacks. i am just coming off of a good game and i feel the wheels still turning. | ||
