Introduction:
Insane mafia 2 is a unique type of game.
Unlike regular mafia, the setup is purposefully hard to understand. It is a semi-revealed setup. A few roles and mechanics are revealed.

Game Specific Rules:
PMs are not allowed, unless you are instructed via role PM that you are able to do so.
Mayoral Election Day 1
Voting is mandatory, you may not abstain.
Modkills:
This game takes advice, but does not follow the TL Mafia Ban List. If you are on the ban list, you probably won't be allowed to play, but if you wish to play, please PM me, or Kitaman27
However, if you are modkilled, you will be banned from all future Insane Mafia games.
There are three things you can get modkilled for
1) Inactivity
2) Excessive flaming (warning will be handed out before a modkill)
3) Cheating. Any of the following actions will get you modkilled

1. Posting after death. You may have one polite goodbye post, but it may not contain any potentially game-changing information.
2. Ruining the game by doing something like hand out your mafia's member list to the town.
3. Logging on to someone else's account / looking over someone's shoulder (to get their role ect)
4. Signing up more than once using smurf accounts, or not following smurfing rules
5. Hacking quicktopics. (IRCs may be hacked)
6. PMing people you are not suppose to

Do not worry about being modkilled, you probably will not.

The purpose of me defining what is modkillable is to show you guys you have considerable freedom. Unlike Orgah/Harry Potter mafia, you can do virtually everything you want. Of course, it might not be a good idea to claim you are the doctor. But hey, I'm not stopping you.
For example, take me suggesting that you guys shouldn't discuss the game. I won't stop you / warn you if you do. The reason why I suggest you guys don't discuss the game before the night post is that not everyone will have their role PMs, and it could prove detrimental if you don't know what you are doing.
Likewise any suggestions I give (such as not claiming, not revealing mechanics to the town) are to help you, and not following them could paint a giant target on your back from the mafia.

Modkilled players will not be killed in game. Players will be replaced by 'bots', which will RNG night actions and give hints to their alignment inthread through clues until replaced.
Clues:
There are two types of clues. The first will be given during the day hinting at all night actions that taken place. Please remember, this does not give any indication of alignment of players
The second will be clues hinting to the alignment of Bots. These will be posted by the Bots.
Smurf Rules
Undeclared smurf
While the game is in operation, you may not discuss the game with anyone on your real account at all.
All smurfs are considered undeclared unless declared
Declared Smurfs
You must declare your status, and real account to the mods prior to the game
You must inform people of who your smurf account is before discussing the game with your real account
You are bound by the same rules that your smurf is bound by (no PMing others unless allowed, ect.)

The Factions
Green Town- These are the normal townies. Well, not so normal. Every single townie has a power. So there like super townies, but very squishy.
Red Mafia- These are the baddies. Backed by a global criminal organization, they use their power to rampage around the town, trying to kill everyone. They have a lot of killing power and blast away at everyone till no one is left
Black Third Party- This is the hidden faction. Backed They all are bulletproof so they don’t die so easily
Blue Police Force- This is the pro town mason circle. In a world full of reds and blacks, the greens need some help, and help comes in the form of the big guns. Of course, the police can’t actually kill people, but they have their own way of helping.
Time Cycle:
This game will follow a (24 hour night/48 hour) day cycle. In case I am not able to post around deadline, any votes after 11:00 KST will not count and the game will be put on halt until the night post is up. Any votes submitted 11:01 KST and later will not be counted. Currently the deadline is 11:00 KST.
