1. Will the bracket be available before the tournament or right when it begins?
2. Are we allowed to discuss a game plan or strategy before the tournament starts if brackets are released beforehand?
3. In CTF, only workers can pick up the flag, and you must bring that worker back to your own flag with the enemy flag in order to win?
4. In RMA, is tag glitching allowed? (It may have gotten fixed in the newest version, i don't know. It is when you have a spell casting unit, lets say a vessel. You irradiate a enemy mech or a high hp unit and tag yourself, resetting the spawn and thus the irradiate will kill everything the guy has that is not mech. It can be done with storm, plague, emp, and mines too)
5. Computer AI abuse: Can we use a unit to run around in circles to distract their army? (Like i use a marine and walk it around making zealots chase it instead of going to my base)
6. Policy on secret alliances/teaming up in the FFA? 1. Once it starts. 3. Yep! 4. No, seems a bit too abusive But good thing you brought that up, I didn't know about it. 5. That's fine, as long as you don't make all their probes chase your scouting worker it's all good. 6. Feel free

Given that you probably won't know the other players in the game you will have to be playing a fairly tight game of diplomacy in order to win. FFA is one hell of a difficult beast to win. You are wrong because one of the players will be the one you've just won 2p2c v 2p2c with .

And the winner of the tournament gets 2 beta keys, so.... make a deal with your 2p2c partner that you guys team up in FFA and winner gives the other guy a key
Might not be much of an FFA in final round :s

I think you specify the player beforehand.
Also, FA, did you get my application? Just paranoid <_<

Ro32 - Coulee - Random Team Capture The Flag
I assume this is 4v4 (4 players controlling each side). Am I right?

Tour 1 is full =] Tour 2 is @ 48 people Tour 3 is @ 42 people Tour 4 is @ 34 people
(then there's 7 people who can join any of them, so they aren't counted, and like 20 people who haven't submitted their prefered dates yet *stern look -.-*)
If we don't make 64 players per tournament, we will be running 48 or 32 man versions. At 48, it will be 3v3 instead of 4v4, at 32 we will cut the Random Micro Arena round, but otherwise it will work the same.

Hopefully you'll all know what brackets you are in tomorrow, but Dewis I can say you are CURRENTLY in Tour 4 (your 2nd choice) and GGTeMpLaR you are currently in Tour 1 (your first choice).
I was trying to fall asleep when something hit me tho, and I had to get back up. The dates: Tour 1 - Thursday July 16th 3:00 AM KST (8 PM CET, 2 PM EST) Tour 2 - Friday July 17th 7:00 AM KST (12 AM CET, 6PM EST) Tour 3 - Saturday July 18th - 3:00 AM KST (8 PM CET, 2 PM EST) Tour 4 - Sunday July 19th 7:00 AM KST (12 AM CET, 6PM EST)
I just realized that a lot of people are not going to realize that July 16th 3:00 AM KST = July 15th 8 PM CET / 2PM EST. When making the dates I obviously went by the Teamliquid Calendar, but I'm 100% sure more than 1 person is going to have gotten this wrong (I hate timezones, I hate timezones, I hate timezones, I hate timezones).
So: Tour 1 - Thursday July 16th 3:00 AM KST (8 PM CET Wednesday July 15th, 2 PM EST Wednesday July 15th)
Tour 2 - Friday July 17th 7:00 AM KST (12 AM CET Note that this is technically on Friday July 17th, but it's at midnight Thursday->Friday, 6PM EST Thursday July 16th)
Tour 3 - Saturday July 18th 3:00 AM KST (8 PM CET Friday July 17th, 2 PM EST Friday July 17th)
Tour 4 - Sunday July 19th 7:00 AM KST (12 AM CET Note that this is technically on Sunday July 19th, but it's at midnight Saturday->Sunday, 6PM EST Saturday July 18th)

Did I get my first choice (Tour 4)? It looks like that's the least popular one so I hope I am in it! Thanks again for this awesome tournament!

Good thing I'm not in Tour 1 then... I just checked the date and time and thought it was Thursday 8 PM CET...

Setting dates by Korean time, living in European time and trying to accomodate for North American time at the same time =
Guess that's what happens when you've never organized a tournament before..

Thanks for the heads up on everything being a day earlier than I and probably many others thought.

The dates are all a bit messy in the OP.
Friday = 17th

I'm gonna just shoot myself right now. Thanks for pointing this out.
I even managed to only fix half of the typos when I made a new PM, so I had to make a SECOND new PM.
