Talk about biased censorship. I look forward to being baned. Given that if you baned him you most certainly have to ban anyone defending his right to post this. User was banned for this post.

mules are TEMPORARY, this is (probably) on a gold patch, if you snipe mules you lose all that income, chrono boost makes workers OR production, mules can't mine gas, inject does both econ or production etc, etc, etc. There needs to be context for stuff to make sense.

A picture says 1000 words Well he could have screencapped 2 sec later when the income is at 300 or well mentioned that the terran had 3 mules saved up and that the toss had that one one base (waayyy oversaturated meaning like 15 of those probes aren't doing anything, the toss didn't have gas taken at his one base yet I believe). It's just so biased...

Too bad he got temp banned though (been there), so welcome back after the 2 days. day9 has been doing the sarcastic "terran op" "banshee get 50 kills" "planetary fortresses are invincible" for a while now TL mods probably though it was funny too, a month ago, but probably get just super annoyed now oh well, can't blame them, their forum their rules

Basically doing everything he shouldn't in am imba thread: - short, no effort whatsoever - pathetic "proof" that doesn't take anything into account (how many patches are the probes mining off from example? theres 38 probes but if it was in 1 base then that's barely better than 24, etc) - shortsighted argument - completely unsubstantiated claim with no effort at a developed argument , or any elaboration beyond a picture and a sentence - Covering a topic that's been beaten to death, and has been addressed by better players with better arguements.

I'm not saying that its OP, but its an important thing to know as a player. 1) Mules are not constant unless you have a lot of OCs. So it's a short stint of fast income, instead of a short stint of faster production capacity by the other 2 races. 2) This picture could very easily be miss leading. Say he dropped 12 mules at once. And this income tab was up while they all started to run out of energy. The video is paused, and the screen shot is taken while the number of mules reads "3", but the income has not yet adjusted accordingly. 3) Mules could be on gold, workers on blue. 4) Mules aren't going to be as effective if dumped on a fully saturated line due to the delay each time they try to mine minerals.

and you know I'm not trying to say discussion about balance is a bad thing but, when there has been 30 other threads about the same thing created and you even acknowledge that fact in your post yet you still decide to make a thread SOMETHING IS WRONG.

Watch the last day9 daily. It was a base trade situation, the T had to lift his CC to the island and had 0 workers left. He dropped 3 mules from the energy generated while flying and was earning roughly half (the numbers kept shifting) the mineral income as the P who had a fully saturated base. Yes it's temporary, yes the other races have macro mechanics, no neither of those other mechanics are a direct transfer between energy and minerals (over and above other saturation), no the game is not that simple, yes it's still a ridiculous thing to look at (and no, that's not necessarily a bad thing given the history of OP things from BW, but no, SC2 isn't BW).
