Considering my skill level and the competitive level on iccup, it's a big surprise
I always host my own games and there's an US hostbot so I don't see the problem
But yeah could try the client I posted~
Haha yea I can't download it right now so tried to go on rankedgaming.com but it didn't work Does the client have any website? Oh and what language/region are most of the players?
I have no clue O_o seems like they speak english?
There's like 150 people online right now with 8 -cm games running, there's a queue system so you should get into a game in like 2-3 minutes so the lack of people doesn't even matter.
Advice you to try at least, my experiences have been good~
Main site is there. All the games in the public channels are hosted on EU bots, they must have some American/Asian ones for the big RGC tournament, but I don't think you can use them for public games.
The public channel games are pretty meh, they used to be really good when the program started but so many noobs/leavers these days. There's another channel you can get signed for with 30 games, that improves the skill level quite a bit and stops the leavers, guess like any other community you need vouching for.
just came back from playing the new patch and just wanted to say: congratulations icefrog, you finally broke dota, fuck this game I'm never coming back

the only hero that really needs to be nerfed is thrall HAHA I WATCH YOU TP AND SEND YOU BACK TO BASE HAHA U MAD ZE AND THAT 1800 CASTING RANGE U MAD
iCCup is VERY competitive, of course depending on ranks. Pretty much, all games above C+/B- rank are highly skilled.
Only problem one might see with iCCup is average player base. Most of iCCup players are from Russia and Ukraine. And hardly any of them speaks english -.-
Also, there's a problem with hostbots where if you don't play on the closest one to you, you might feel some lagg.
There are 3 hostbots on iCCup and those are: RU (Russia), EU (Europe) and US (USA). I really don't know if USA players can play on EU bots without lagg (doubt they can on RU bots), but I still think it'd be worth a try (I played with some USA/Canadian people and they weren't complaining on lagg).
Ugh, I just had a weird dream last night that the mods closed this thread and opened a new one (omgirok had the final post, it was something totally random iirc) :/
