EPTHey everyone, I'm DocHoliday, a new Zerg Brood War streamer! I've *just* started streaming Starcraft; Brood War this week, and things have already started blowing up for me. I'm a long time Starcraft 2 player, reaching a maximum rank of Masters with Zerg. I have decided to transition over to Brood War and been having an absolute blast so far! Currently, I am only playing Zerg, but have plans to make content for all 3 races in the game once i have a better understanding of Brood War.
My stream focuses primarily on viewer interaction, so PLEASE bug me in chat with whatever comes to mind. We have a great little community going so far, with 20 to 30 viewers on average per stream. I stream weeknights from 6pm to 10 pm usually with a day off somewhere. Weekends are not too set in stone yet, as I am still trying to gauge my stamina a bit. So far weekends I have been streaming a minimum of 8 hours a day with a maximum of 12 hours.
I'm not an amazing player, but have been improving quickly. My stream is more about having fun learning the game and building a fun community of both new and veteran Starcraft players.
Once I have gotten a better handle on Brood War, I want to launch a youtube channel as well to create content designed at introducing players to Starcraft. It is my primary ambition to make watching and/or playing Starcraft accessible and entertaining for everyone who has even the slightest interest in the game.
