That's how it's in invites:
#1. MVP #2. MC #3. Nestea #7. Nada #13. Jinro.
That's how it is in ELO korean ranks. How comes? Elo was pulled last week (immediately after qualifier 8), before MC and NaDa won their ro16 matches and Jinro lost his.
congrats on your win btw, gl in tsl!

I'm guessing it wasn't done today.

I think djWheat said that the brackets were determined after the last TLOpen. I could be wrong, but I seem to remember that from somewhere in the discussion.
Congratulations on qualifying!

Idra's a strong player but I really don't see him getting past MC, esp in a Bo7 (if MC makes it to the finals that is, but given his current shape, it's a solid bet)

Very excited for this.
BACK TO BACK. BACK TO BACK.
Gogo Tyler! But what a rough bracket! If he wants to advance, he'll most likely have to PvP one of the best two Protoss on the planet. Maybe he should get some unit control lessons from his teammate Mr. #3 Control in the World.
All in all, I'd just really like to see the foreigners have some good showings against the Koreans. Can't wait!

All Elo rankings were generated following the conclusion of TL Open TSL3 Qualifier #8.

I think MC will win this season's GSL, and if the latency advantage isn't too much versus non-koreans I think MC will win this too :3
This is gonna be so epic though, go BoxeR, NaDa, IdrA, and MC

What an absurdly awesome bracket that is!
I can't see many of the Korean invites losing in the first round, though I guess with so many matches happening the chances for at least one upset somewhere in there have to be fairly high.

This is going to be an absolutely incredible tournament, good luck to all participants :D

predictions: semifinals: MC vs MVP and Idra vs Nestea
meaning the winner will be MVP or Nestea
|
Good luck Morrow, Fruitdealer, Haypro and Nestea. All Z semi finals gogo!
|
Semifinals:
TLO vs White-Ra
Idra vs Jinro
Finals: White-Ra vs Idra
Which means HDH finals rematch.

How are euro v korea games going to be played? From what I understand the lag is almost unbearable.
