IdrA is 73# overall so that bullshit where top 200 were only koreans it was because they actually have a reason to play many games, while foreigners rarely get a reason like TSL to play so much This is wrong. TSL is inflating the ranks. Good luck finding 200 foreigners at B+ to play vs if TSL isn't running.

If this number of foreigners playing were the consistent norm then A- would no longer be considered a "high" rank and difficult for foreigners to attain. Therefore it is not his point. If you mean it proves his point that foreigners are lazy and don't play without a cash prize, then yes it does. But the effect preexists the cause.

and let me tell you another thing, playing a A- vs B+ both foreigners is almost just as hard as A- vs A-. the level is almost the same trust me. u can see in my match list i lose more vs b+ than a-, coincidence? maybe, but i dont believe so

This does also indicate that foreigners could always reach high ranks if enough foreigners were actually trying. If suddenly for no special reason 100s of strong foreigners were mass laddering, they would still be able to achieve similar ranks as they can with TSL because it creates the same scenario. If a single foreigner starts mass laddering, he will have trouble with the higher ranks, though.

Hoping to hit C by the end of this tournament, and then i prob. will be able to get some games from the top contenders. Sure - they wont get alot of points, but in the last few days i expect players to be really careful...And im a instant-win ! A- wont play D+... Its just too risky... consider how many point they get if they win and lose... they have to go like 90%+... and you can expect cheese almost every game and a 4 pool isnt much better at a A level than D+...
