Then if they click 'Ok' it flags the post for mod action immediately to confirm they should get banned (in the case of someone writing this words without the intent of martyring). Nah, it would just be replaced by nazi mod comments, followed by a ban anyways. You can't debug stupidity.
The first thing I thought about was "Oh just add the term 'nazi' to the list", and then I thought about what a discussion about WWII would be like.

although personally I'm all for leaving the pitfalls of TL in place to catch out the poor posters, although it does make work for the mods.

Unfortunately (?) people seem to be behaving relatively well (and not getting banned) on TL, probably because 4-20 is tomorrow in NA time.

Did you suspect a particular uproar for the birth of a dictator ?

Guy's got 5 warnings (several of which are for bashing GOM) and 3 temp bans. He's probably on the short list of several of the mods by now.
Interesting aside: I only ever got one warning before my first temp. So I have no sympathy for these guys who have like 5-6 warnings. They've gotten way more leeway than I ever did.

I couldn't agree more. I can't even browse reddit without getting annoyed at the absolute trash quality of posts. TL has made me a complete forum snob, and I'm quite thankful for that.

I am honestly of the opinion that TL should up a lot of their ban lengths. Some people don't even get the message, and just keep pushing the envelope with everything they do.
(And this is coming from someone with 3 bans for stupud posts. Looking back, I would have given myself a much harsher punishment had I been a Mod.)

The temp came with no warning. So I agree with you completely.
