Wow, you can tell the growth of TL just from the auto ban list. I only go back to 2009 and to find the day I signed up, I had to go all the way back to page 164.
Dunno what was happening June 30th, but Kennigit was laying the smack down.

My first ban was for an image macro... It always kinda hurt me a little inside because a warning would have sufficed. I'd have been more than happy to edit my post 
That blogger who was "dating" a real doll would be more entertaining if a bunch of forum-trolls and I hadn't invaded a real-doll forum where lonely, old men losing their grip on reality posted their stories and pictures of their experiences with their "girlfriends." Though it wouldn't surprise me in 10 years if making fun of such people would result in accusations of 'dollophobia' or some such...

I know right? I was sometime in '09 too and it took me FOREVER to get back to the bans from the day i joined, then there were only 2-3 and none were funny!

HeavOnEarth was just temp banned for 1 week by {88}iNcontroL.
That account was created on 2008-03-03 15:36:23 and had 5017 posts.
Reason: Heaven wanted the record set straight that he in fact was banned 2 years ago because his friend was posting like a dick on his name. It allegedly was NOT heaven. May the court also show that it was not a homework thread but rather a conspiracy enacted by the moderation staff to set the public against the duo that hosted that thread.
Currently Heaven is enjoying a 1 week stay at disney land for saying "fuck you" to a moderator and asking for a ban to show his righteousness.
not going to lie, my TLBD has a pretty bitching ban on it.

I see all these 0-2 post accounts being perma'd for whatever reason...but curiosity struck me -- has any 1-2 post account ever been just temp banned for something, or does the wrath of the gods always come down so hard and just perma someone like that?

That was Memorial Day last year. Yeah...not a lot of quality bans, but all the usual suspects being temped for flamebaiting and a good number permed as well.

Damn right. That was one of the first times I just sat around all day, trying to watch some SC2, but the thread was worth the technical issues because of those eagles as well as the cat jumping picture. I was rolling on the floor laughing.
