There should be some kind of hard limit on closed threads over time, so that after X closed threads in Y days you can't make a new thread for a while. It seems like there are a few users who generate an awful lot of crap threads that just get closed again. | ||

IdrA was permed once in the earlier days of TL by Rekrul, just for straight up bad posting (this was before he was known as one of BW's "top foreigners", too, I believe) And he was once permed by request. He was unbanned both times. | ||
