I agree with Limbaugh on this case about the usage of tax payer money (also think, as usual, he's making a pretty funny observation), and actually listen/read his site regularly.
But even I think this is a ridiculous argument that, above all else, has nothing to do with why he was banned. Thing is, if that guy has posted the argument you just did, he wouldn't have been banned. It was clearly a 4 word trolly comment, he wasn't there for discussion, he didn't bother to engage with the discussion. He just pooped a one liner in the middle of the thread and you're defending him like this his ban was some attack on common logic. This is like the most clear cut type of ban there is.
I'm sorry I made that comment about Pholon's ban reason now, as apparently we are going to have like 20 pages of QQing about every other ban on TL now.

If I may interject, it seemed out of the ordinary because you didn't "do your homework" and back-trace all his posts. Whenever someone gets perma-banned from a semi-borderline post, you 100% know that it was his last straw and has a huge file.
