It seems like every few weeks there's a thread like this-- where people start flipping out, and some brave moderator busts out the "Break glass in case of terrible post horrorthread" banhammer and lays down some law. Things quiet down a bit until people find the next reason to start flaming eachother etc, and the cycle continues. | ||

After reading that and the thread, I don't think that a perm would have been warranted, rather a 90 day. His post count is up there, and even if he said something that rude, getting permed for something like a personal insult is a bit much. 90 days is much more appropriate. | ||
