There are certain periods when it's very easy, because it's just one guy doing it over and over again, such as now. In other times, I feel with you, people all act like they are "in the know" but nobody wants to say the name, because that would uncover that they don't know anything ...

Anyway I have just come up with a brilliant idea, because I remembered a Sliders episode where the whole city was a giant jail and order was ensured by pairing people up wirelessly so that they got punished for each other's behavior. I think TL should implement it and pair up notorious enemies.
The only problem would be that you'd have to suffer my constant shitposting done to keep my obvious partner banned ...
