I think you should rather get a real purge going. Promote everywhere that you are not going to sanction any behaviour for the next day starting at a really inconspicous time for example something like 6:17 pm and the moment time's up sanction everyone who didn't notice.

I don't think Shield is that bad of a poster tbh. He's just aggressive at times and really needs to rethink about his stance on a couple of things, especially when it's the same thing that seemed to get him warned/banned when he was still here.

Ban everyone doing this, ban everyone doing that. Why don't we just go all the way and ban everyone posting anything? After a while, infraction rate will have decreased significantly, and it'll be less work for the mods, so it's really the perfect solution in that regard.
