In that context, why would "Go tell the jews that they should stop complaining about what Hitler did" be banworthy? What if the words were changed? Go tell the koreans to forget about comfort women? Go tell the Chinese to forget about what the Japanese did? Go tell the Armenians to forget about what the Turkish did? Go tell the native Americans to forget about the Trail of Tears? Would any of those be banworthy?

So when there's no report button on posts it appears that they are neither subject to the rules nor unactionable by mods, no matter how much is protested otherwise. Anybody else would have been instant banned. It's amazing what you can get away with as long as you are part of the old school bw guard. no public reprimand. who knows what they did internally.

you were told that his removal from writer status was a mutual agreement and that his ban was self requested. That's entirely not what you are construing there. If you have complaints about how staff are moderated, I'm quite certain you've been told that you can take it to website feedback. Or not participate in the site if you disagree with how it operates.

To use your analogy, you are at somebody's house for dinner and keep constantly complaining about how bad the food is as you eat it, and just keep eating and whining when people say "you don't have to eat it" and "feel free to leave rather than rudely complain"

Trying to inject some humour.See you are whining again To continue the analogy, a bunch of hosts and guests are eating the food. The conversation drifts to past and present conduct of the manifold guests and hosts and the food. Then a random snoman walks pasts, and tell one of the guests that if they don't like it, they can gtfo of the house. Ah I just noticed the mod note on top of the thread. When was that placed there? Was it always there? I must be blind.
