ya, I'll well aware of that TL commandment but it's still not that hard to understand what he wrote. Spelling mistakes should be allowed for members whose first language is not english(within reason). Either way, no point in discussing this further since he got banned for other reasons.

Of course there is still a point when you misunderstand me (and him)!
The point was that he didn't even TRY to spellcheck or write right, maybe english is your first language, but trust me, nobody with english as a second language here in germany thinks that "you" is written as a simple "u" and looking at his posts I see words like "dotn" (for don't, not dot), so non-native english speakers may get more lenient treatment in that regard, but I assure you that his posts would have looked much better if he even would have cared only a little bit.
Not caring at all about your writing and then calling a warning for that racist when it's obviously not because it's your second language but simply because you don't give a fuck is quite an amazing thing to do imo.
