 Also I think I've seen this name before arterian was just temp banned for 2 weeks by GMarshal. That account was created on 2010-09-13 13:38:34 and had 1104 posts. Reason: Creepy as hell. Next time just keep it to yourself. | ||

ucantstopmeno was just banned by Harem. That account was created on 2012-09-04 01:03:11 and had 1 posts. Reason: Previously banned user. And we are once again a page behind thanks to this wonderful PBU, wonder who gets to snipe the post passing the bans... Maybe flamewheel will do it and they will just gallery this thread after that. | ||

You'd like to think that, wouldn't you?...  Well, with the influx of new Dota 2-specific members to TL, we're gonna get a lot of good and bad posters. Since we've not encountered the bad ones yet, there'll be a flurry of bans, and eventually it'll subdue to the normal humdrum of non-negative posters. | ||

I meant that the Dota 2 forums' LR posting quality seemed to be significantly lower than that of SC2 at one point, and I thought that staff was just letting that go since moba players apparently just act that way. So I commented that it's nice that the staff aren't being too lenient on them. Apologies if there's a misunderstanding because I don't follow Dota 2/LoL etc too closely. | ||

EDIT: I just found this on the second to last page of the ABL. kaarkim was just temp banned for 2 days by vGl-CoW. That account was created on 2012-03-23 10:34:34 and had 3 posts. Fact is that the people that are insulting these "nerds" mostly are "nerds". Believe it or not. People on the interwebz are not 1 hive mind, there are people that like to be assholes, there are people who love to troll, there are people who get offended by assholes, people who enjoy trolls, people who don't appreciate trolls, there are people who are abused in their youth by bullies, people who were bullies, successful people, poor people, sometimes there are just plain normal people. It is crazy here on the internet. I am just saying that such generalization made by the guy who got banned is silly. I could write an one-dimensional essay about how nerds become angry trolls that love to hurt people anonymously because they were bullied in their youth. The opposite what the other guy said, and it would make "sense". There are more types of people than you think. And the part about the gay community on TL is just absurd. | ||
