I don't want to backseat moderate and I'm not taking sides (also I understand and fully agree with the "don't point out people you think should be banned" idea), but in general it's got pretty dirty in there for a bit, not sure whether it will escalate but...nation insults back and forth are emerging :x

Personally, I think they should get an automatic 90 ban. Doing it again should result in a perm.
And I haven't watched an SC1 match since SC2 came out. It's not even about being a fan of the game; it's about whether you should shit on people who are losing something.
