Ok so, here are some classic Belial posts. Keep in mind that these are just the prominent ones I remember. If you really search, you can find a myriad of smaller ones. Keep in mind that I only respond to a few of his posts, as I don't have the time to refute all of them. It takes me about half an hour to write a rebuttal to his posts. • This entire thread: Asks a question about a game, I take the time to watch the replay and give him an answer. Then, he tries to ignore all of the advice I just gave him. The rest of the thread is filled with everyone backing me up and telling him he's wrong. Just a terrible experience and discouraged me from responding to [H]Help threads ever again.
  
• This response: He had a lot of bad history before this, but this singular post was probably one of the most erroneous thing he's ever posted. He says muta into baneling into broodlord is bad; today it is the most common transition from mutalists. He says broodlords are bad: today it is the standard ZvP lategame and they are seen in half of all ZvPs. He says banelings are bad: Banelings these days are gaining immense popularity. The rest of the thread is everyone telling him he's wrong. He also quoted decaf, someone who wrote a guide on mutas, and decaf chimes in, saying he was misquoted and he agrees with everyone else.
  
• This post and the following discussion: Comes into the thread 70 pages in and claims this strategy is easy to beat. He also eventually shows he doesn't actually know what the strategy is or what we're talking about. As you can imagine, this pissed off everyone who spent this long trying to discuss what to do, including me, some other blue posters, Ranged, and Morrow.
  
• His most recent fallacies: This, combined with the interest in Belial from this thread, is what inspired/set me off to write this. He still shows a poor understanding of things he tries to sound educated on.

So in summary:

• His posts often contain very erroneous information.
  
• His posts are very long in nature, giving the uniformed(a vast majority of people who visit TL strategy) a sense that he knows what he's talking about.
  
• He talks about relatively high level stuff, so a vast majority of people can't refute him.
  
• His posts are extremely long and contain many points each, so it takes a long time to refute him.
  
• If you try to refute him, he responds with even longer posts, which if you decide to refute again, you waste even more time.
  
• He's extremely arrogant and condescending in many of his posts.
  
• He doesn't seem to really get why he's being warned/banned each time, as evidenced by his continuous infractions and his Dark Knight reference.
  
• He also apparently gives bad advice in the tech support forum: link

As pretty much the only person who's both qualified and willing to refute his often high-falutin sounding nonsense, you can imagine how much this annoys me.
