So earlier today I made a post about getting this hoodie from a friend and saying if at least 50 people want it, it would be possible to make a batch.

Since TL itself might have a problem with this I'm taking down the original post and sending a message to TL admins to check what they think about it. If there is some update it'll be posted here.

bubushed, that hoodie looks amazing! And clearly goes very well with jeans around the coloring of the ones used in those photos.

But I'm wondering about the legality if it has the TL logo and is being sold?

Also, would you mind taking some pics of the inside of it, including the hood? And generally more up-close so I can gauge thickness for warmth etc. What materials throughout the hoodie?

TL should take your friend up on this offer!

Erm,this is a valiant effort by your friend,but....I'm pretty sure this is a major issue that a random person is selling TL stuff and making a profit off it(I understand it's not much but he is selling someone else's brand)
If I was you I'd tell your buddy to stop doing this for now or he could end up with a law suit or something o_O(Or he should ask TL for blessing but I already saw a guy asking to print TL shirts and the admins told him they can't let him do that).

That was designed by Therick for a Team Liquid apparel contest. I'm pretty sure the rights belong to either Therick or TL and you really shouldn't be monetizing it whatsoever.

Someone is making money off of this, whether its you, or the company that prints them. In other words I think you need to get express permission from someone like HotBid before you go about doing this.

Sign me up if its allowed but til then, I suggest against this.

Thats not how it works with a company/brand like TL lol, just simply talk to Hot Bid about this, and odds are its not allowed, you can NOT be making any sort of profit off of their logo. The only way this might work is if you printed it yourself by hand and gave them for free. Nobody can be making a profit off of this other than TL themselves.

It requires a contract of some sort or a agreement between party's which these guys don't have.Either way,right now,I'm pretty sure what this guy is doing is illegal.
