Actually that's what cheap wall-mart hoodies cost, good ones go for $120-$200.

Mid-range (which would probably be the category this will fall into) are like $60-$100

Yeah that's true, $40 seems a bit low for a high quality sweatshirt. Something near $60 seems a bit more realistic.

Oh I'd love to have the Hot_Bid one that was posted earlier. A white pull-over with a blue TL logo... that would just be plain awesomeness. Good looking, going well with just about everything one can wear, and simple. I'd pay up to ~50€ for it.
