I hate people who tell me "I can't gain weight my metabolism is too high" No, bud, you just need to eat more. I realize that phrase may not apply to you, but I felt the need to vent ![]()

And when you break it down, the size of their portions is what I eat while I wait for my real food to warm up. Haha, I used to be one of these people. Worse are the guys who say "I do eat heaps" and when you break it down their "eating" consists of fast food, ice cream and soft drink...

I'm severely limited to when I can eat, and they frown on us taking food from the cafeteria even though we pay like $500 a month for it. Is your cafeteria unlimited like mine is? When i was putting on weight i was going like 5-6 times a day and if they didn't have anything good i'd just eat peanutbutter/apple or a big turkey sandwich and take it with me. edit: and lol @ skinny people that are like "i eat fast food like all the time and i can't put on weight" its like try eating 5k calories of natural food. Which when i look back on it i feel like it was a lot of work to eat that much every day for a couple months T_T

The last 2-3km I was going over some stuff in my head and the run felt like an outer body experience where my body was just gliding along the footpath. I sprinted the last 200 metres and collapsed on my lawn. Today I was inspired from reading this, and decided to do my first 1 hour run... ever lololol. Pulled it off without much problem (though I admit the pace was rather pedestrian), albeit it was on a treadmill so it's not a real "run" at all X_X. Feeling pretty pumped that I managed to pull it off ![]() (a year ago, I doubt I could run 20 minutes lol) An internet site got me in shape ffs! ![]()

Also due to the equipment needed I won't be able to continue a month from now anyway. As great as the program might be it's just impossible to execute. Can anyone recommend programs that are specifically designed for people without (regular) access to equipment? In my case I live like 3-5 days a week in hotels with access to gyms that usually don't have much free weight equipment.

Everyone should read this: http://www.sherdog.net/forums/f13/carnals-treatise-heavy-iron-402978/ You must eat like a monster. No other way. Eat until you are sick, and when you are not sick, eat more. It's called the see-food diet. See food, any food, eat food.

Yes. At 6 foot 5, 165 lbs, you need to add another 30 lbs of muscle on that frame. Lift heavy, eat big.
