Pretty much trying to cover any distance from 10m-100m as fast as humanly possible and just being as explosive as i can. I think i'm gonna try to pack on as much strength as i can over the next couple months and somewhere around feb start hitting plyometrics/explosive shit/sprints&conditioning. I found a crossfit near me which i'm gonna check out (75$/month though for 3/week, pretty brutal compared to my gym for 200/year T_T) and send an e-mail to the near by oly lifting club On November 14 2010 23:19 Advocado wrote: I have just recently moved to a new apartment and I really like it here. In comparison to me at least, I'm 175 cm and weigh about 65-70kg. How the hell do I get myself to check in there and go do squats with little weight and not feel like a complete idiot the first few times I fail bench press and nearly kill myself? Overdose of social anxiety I know, but I want a physical shape form. Don't worry. I think its a lot more important of how and what you do as opposed to how much. Good lifters will be glad to see someone getting into it and others will probably be too concerned with how their bicep pump is going to give a fuck. Plus, you'll have explosive gains and be putting up noticeable weight in no time. T_T Eshlow/other people here probably could have given you a way better diet fo free. Congrats on the weight loss though! 18 pound seems a bit fast, i think 1-2 pounds/week is safer? On November 14 2010 13:33 RosaParksStoleMySeat wrote: Just spent an hour and a half at the gym. Today I had bench, front squat, and deadlift, but since the squat rack was taken for a while with some guy doing some ... thing .. like a row ... I decided to work in some weighted dips, dumbbell bench presses, and a few curls. Feeling good right now, although I tried to deadlift 160kg and could only do it twice. I guess pneumonia really took its toll on me. I guess now is as good of a time as any to deload my deadlift too, although I'm only going to be doing it once every other week. Also, hard question: at what body fat percentage does your waist size stay pretty much the same? My ultimate goal is to maintain an 8-12% bodyfat percentage year round, but I want to get a custom suit tailored to fit me perfectly. If I cut down to 10% or so, would it be reasonable to say that I'll be able to fit in the same suit at 8%, 12%, or even 13-14%? Ugh pneumonia. Sounds terrible. I find at 8-9 (where i think i am now? guesstimating) shit is noticeably loser than me than when i was around 12-14. But nothing a belt probably can't fix. Also depends on your individual build.

I couldn't find a foam roller thingy, so I used a tennis ball instead, even though it hurt a bit at first, it relieved my leg from any kind of pain, and it's fucking awesome!. Imma, do those stretches today and see how it goes ![]() Thanks a lot eshlow!. Time to get HUGE :D

Took one week off because I was busy doing interviews, and my bench numbers got massacred. I was very close to doing 5x3 (something like 5-5-4) at 195, and today, I was only able to do 4x3 at 185.

And in autumn 2011 is a 100k ultra. Motivation is super high right now. Wow...keep it up man!

Day 1 of "eat more get huge" phase began today. I'm still trying to figure out what i want to use as a routine for the off season. Might try 5/3/1 for deadlifts or go back to using the chart that i'm gonna use for my bench/squat. aopwiefja anyways Squat 10x225 8x315 6x340 4x360 2x385 2x410 (back to where i was in ~august) Bench 10x135 8x150,170,185,200,215 BB Row 10x115,125,145,160,170 (lol) 3xfail dips + chins @Cambium...atrophy shouldn't set in in just one week...i'm sure you can get back in there next time and get 3x5

I'm just not sure if i wanna DL on it again because its pretty brutal. I had pretty solid gains doing it over the summer though.

5/3/1 Bench and accessory OHP and squats 5/3/1 OHP and accessory bench and squats Then you could always try Smolov (for squat) or Coan-Philipi (for deadlift)
