I've also been following my 5x5 as strictly as I can (work permitting, I travel I bit). When I started this two month ago, I was 73kg (160lb) I have had at least 2 x 1 week breaks for work during, but I am now 76kg (167lb) slightly leaner, and a lot stronger. I honestly was not expecting 5x5 to have these sort of results, squatting 3 times a week seems to work wonders, who'd a thunk it!

A176: Creatine is legal everywhere. Shallow; def. stretch marks. Lotion/oil up. Energies: Yeah, any of the solid programs work really... It's just about busting your butt and being consistent after that..

5 pounds of muscle that all went to your chest or something? idk ![]() some ppl r more likely to get stretchmarks than others, all I know from my own experience is they fucking suck, having once been 140 kg in your youth certainly leaves marks on you T_T;;

I remember walking out of the gym one day and one of the personal trainers saw a couple of lines going from my shoulder to chest, he looked at me and said "man.. I want those!".. "uhh.. why?". "Because it means you're growing at a phenomenal rate, good job man!" ..yeah, that's how I got them!

Going home for a week, probably try to keep it less intensive. gj keep it up! btw i think 5x squats a week is getting to me. I struggled 115 front squat and 130 back squat this week. Maybe its just my diet since it has been pretty shitty ![]()

I couldnt really do much else except squat for the past month because of injury so I had to work on something :D During that month of mainly squats and pulls, I got pr in doubles and singles for back squat. I didnt push my front squat though. But it does work if you want more leg strength, u just have to squat more. lol

Energies...fight the urge! I never really get cravings for anything besides meat these days. Keep having to tell my mom not to make stuff lol. First real rugby tournament of the season and first time playing real 15 a side rugby in months..I cam barely contain myself...getting super amped up. Anything I should do for my wrist besides tape the fuck out of it?

While it is quite a deload for every exercise I have been doing, this isn't true for squats. I'll probably squat more volume than before. Time to get this nasty forward lean out of my system, as long as weights are light. Decaf has become to strong, time to chase him down again!

![]() And when I was working out the "strongest family" in my town was there as well, was really cool to see a 50-year-old man leg press 350kg and his sons did even more! It was inspirational really ![]()
