Crazy nice lifts Decaf. I hope to get as strong as you over the next year or so, but I don't know if it'll happen .
If you liked Jack3d, you may dig Gaspari Superpump. I stack it with Sizeon and get some crazy pumps in my workouts. Next time I order supplements I may try Jack3d, but I'm not sure yet. Superpump has never let me down, and I have a two month supply of it left.
Speaking of supplements, what do you all take? I'm on the following:
Multivitamin Fish Oil Whey Protein Casein Protein Superpump pre-workout formula Sizeon intra-workout creatine Creatine monohydrate (for non-workout days when I don't take Sizeon)
|
I take fish oil, whey protein, a pre-workout called Armageddon, creatine monohydrate, and peanut butter. Delicious peanut butter.

Woke up at 5:30am this morning, jumped into some shorts and went to the gym, they didn't open until 6am, I was standing outside in the freezing cold wearing shorts and a singlet yelling "Let us in! for the love of god let us in!!"
Did 30 minutes of interval sprints including warm up and cool down, I was in such a good mood driving to work this morning. Also smashed out my 5x5 today without too much effort. I should start hitting my old maximums in about 6-8 sessions depending on the exercise.

As for supplements I just take vitamin, fish oil, muscle milk, with a bunch of meat and dairy.
And energies...I can't even wake up and function that early let alone get a good workout in lol.

i bought animal pak yesterday because i ran out of my multi and i wanted to try something new. it was 44 packs for 26. i opened it up and one pack has like, 12 pills. wtf. hell, there are 20 calories in one pack.
but i usually like buying dumb stuff for no reason anyway.
i'm tempted to buy a shake weight because it looks hilarious.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
first time i went over 50 for power clean and push jerk!!. warmed up a lot and could finally rack it without much pain. Then went all the way up to 90. I was a bit rusty on the technique though but it was easy. Maybe another week and my hand will be 100% or at least 95% :D
Also, need to fix pull technique. My snatch and clean should be 100/130 by now.

Nice DimSum, I know the feeling!
Did 80 kg on squats today, felt so awesome! And 90 kg on my deadlift - and afterwards I felt like I should have added even more weights! One of the best feelings in the world :D
|
haha just add more weight next time. ^____^

Must have been a one off for me, had to do it again this morning. Alarm goes off at 5:30am. I get up, pee, look out the window.... it's raining. Back to bed.

Today, I look at the clock. It's 11:30am. I'm starving, lunch is in half an hour, so I decide to take a half-hour nap until it opens. Multiple hits of the snooze button later, it's 5pm and I'm still snoozing away. Goddamn, I love sleep.

At the end of practice yesterday we did 4 intervals of 100 sprint 100 jog 100 sprint. I was laughing thinking "rofl i do this three times a week after murdering my legs in the gym". Everyone else was just like "fuck". Toasted everyone. It feels so weird to be in shape. I feel so light. It's awesome.
Last day before deadlift max, did 10x225 8x345 6x375 4x400 2x430 1x455 + Show Spoiler [VIDZ OR IT DIDNT HAPPEN] + Did the last rep with a belt and it felt pretty easy. well not easy but i feel like i should own 485 and possibly go for 5 plates...if i dare :-O Managed to do shoulder presses up to 95 pounds for the first time since like june, it doesnt hurt too bad if i dont wrap my thumb around the bar.
P.s. random hygeine question, i randomly had a breakout of like 8 pimples. Naturally i have shitty face status due to warehouse work + lifting/rugby for 12 hours a day, but i havent had any problems till now. Is it most likely stress from getting a stupid speeding ticket or could is it more likely to do with diet or smth?

hey guys,
is creatine cheating?
|
Do you drink plenty of water? If everything else is the same, stress is most likely the culprit.

No it's a natural supplement. Unless you are participating in an event that disallows it, i don't see how it is "cheating"

Creatine is not cheating, but I don't use it.

Question, I've recently noticed that I have these marks on my left chest/shoulder: + Show Spoiler +
Any idea what they are? I have something similar on my right back, around where the lat meets the shoulder, but it's not as pronounced.

had a lousy training session with the press. man the weight felt like a ton. from 5/4/5 -> 5/3/5. form was horrible as usual, which is probably why i'm having a hard time. i guess the night i was out drinking and the recent lack of sleep hasn't helped my cause.
felt so down about failing i decided to do some empty bar practice sets and then i did some empty bar bench pressing as well. i really messed up with the volume there but i had to do some emotional lifting.
@decaf: i don't mean to knit pick but your back kinda looked like it rounded ever so slightly? it could've been the cam angle though. it's just a concern cause you're lifting such heavy weights.
@shallowbay: those look like stretch marks. maybe you've put on a few pounds?
