Needless to say he was the first and only person to disconnect from the game. I tried to be nice to him, but he just kept making excuses, tell I had to call him an idiot. I got along fine with everyone else : (

I was Broodmother, we also had Invoker (mid), Sven, Pugna (genteC) and Dazzle. How to lane it? Well, I went top, Pugna went bot (on dire side). I suggested that Sven+Dazzle go bot for a trilane. Not the world's best trilane but against Jugg+Shaman I didn't see many other options. Pugna got really fucking mad when I suggested this, telling Sven and Dazzle to fuck off from his lane cause he didn't wanna trilane. So then Pugna (who didn't want to trilane) and Dazzle go top to make a trilane with me..................
So to sum it up: Sven alone bot against Jugg+Shaman. Broodmother/Dazzle/Pugna top against Drow Ranger. And of course they had no idea how to play either, just standing defensively in the lane leeching xp so the lane actually got harder. Not that we could do much offensively anyway since it may perhaps be the worst trilane in the history of dota.
When the trilane didn't work out (I went bot after a few mins), Pugna blamed ME for it cause I was the one who suggested a trilane to begin with.
Yeah. Pubs are so fun...

I played dota 2 first time at 2007 and back then the game was vastly different than it currently is.
Back then I only played 2 heroes; Abbadon and the Dark Seer mainly because how easy it was for me (you don't need to be above average to play it successfully).
However because abbadon isn't in the game yet and everybody around me is harassing me to play something other than DarkSeer I decided to try out every character indepth in rl matches and bot matches.
Not a single match for me. I absolutely hated 'easy' characters and failed to perform on characters i was interested on (shadow demon for example). One game I played support lina and all i did was buy wards -> nuke someone down to half health -> stay back and hope to not die. Technically this is how you play support lina but it felt more like a chore than a fun hero. Dark Seer/Tidehunters are really fun supports and support lina just didnt fit my playstyle at all.
So I eventually tried Clinkz, and what do you know! A hero that I actually somewhat enjoyed. First game I played with him I had 12 cs at 10 minutes against a midlane bot and realized how terrible i was with non-support hero. Eitherway I'm starting to practice clinkz more and more often

Its bs that he wanted to debate it the entire game, then when he gave in he acted like he didn't know what it was. People that debate shit instead of just saying "no, i don't feel like doing that" are idiots. Holy shit I kinda don't know how we lost this game. I was faceless void. Was bot with Windrunner against huskar. He went laning phase like 0/5/0. And they were 4 players from the begging. I Mean no one fed. It was pretty passive 55 min game. There was one thing though. I couldn't farm much because of 0 wards and the fact that my team would take my farm. Had butterfly, cuirass, morbid mask and threads in the end. Their only true carry was juggernaut with s&y, bfury, scepter and helm of the dominator. But damn he did dmg to our team. Critting 500 and such. And got me like at least 10 seconds of attacking to kill him.

Im sure you'll get good with clinkz soon, but he does get boring very quickly.
The problem with clinkz, if you deviate from the standard orchid/aquila/treads/MKB build, he just becomes utter shit of a glass cannon that contributes nothing to teamfights and always gets easily focused and focused down by the enemy carries.
I dont understand why anyone would give you shit for playing seer over clinkz. DS is probably a top 3 support in the current metagame. He can push, he can turtle, he can save people and he can even tank more than most int heroes, cuz vanguard is a core on him and he gets it so quickly.
If you want something fun but similar to DS - try Leshrac and build him with aghs/tank/phase. Incredibly fun hero to play that's somewhat item independent (you can go 3 bracers, phase + bottle if your farm was bad), can support and is also good at pushing and stopping pushes.

I started off with clinkz but now,I just go random all games in pubs now, it really helps because I'm the one buying the donkey anyways.
After clinkz I tried clockwerk, and he was a ton of fun too, especially free frags with flare lol. But the problem is my isp is having routing issues so it's very tough to land a good hookshot with a lot of lag

first off getting AC on an agi hero is just dumb. You should have had Bfury instead of the AC and you would've been much much better off. Once void gets battlefury MoM and treads he starts to do very very well. I think those are higher priority than butterfly, and Ac you don't need at all on an agi carry because it basically gives you what agi items already give you. The reason it's so good for str heroes is they don't have much attack speed or armor, which you get from agi.

The reason for MoM is you use it while you catch them in your chronosphere so they can't instagib you.

If they were only 4 players and you won your lane/their Huskar fed.. I seriously don't see how they could gank you and be succesfull.. But well... Yesterday again showed.. Everything goes...
My "fun" game:
So we queue up as 2 and decided to go for some nukeing fun (should have picked Lina, but didn't feel like Lina -.- and I in general tend to fail with non tanky int-heroes):
Pugna (me) / Zeus (friend) / Sven (good) / Viper (sigh) / Leshrac (sigh).
Vs
Jugger (hit hard) / Mirana (Kinda made up for our Viper ) / Enigma (some good holes) / Alche (got pretty fat) / SandKing (that Ult is just evil)
So, after about 25 minutes I feel like we won the game and it was indeed fun to Netherblast/Zeusstuff crap to death
Butt the Game will take up to 60 minutes because Viper is a friggin retard that can't for the live of himself stick with us in a push and constantly gets ganked while trying to catch up to us or solopushing some lane for no reason at all. Leshrac would constantly run somewhere and do about 0 damage in teamfights.
Sven, which played good, found the reason for our problems is "the lack of wards" (which were lacking, but just not needed)... We stood before their base at like minute 20-25 when Leshrac and Viper went into full on retard mode and the one decent player left work with blames "lack of wards"...
We had one of their Raxes on like 100 hp 3 times (the first time before 30 minutes) but except Me and Zeus no one seemed to be interested into actually killing the Rax (Sven was mostly dead after the fights )...
Sigh...
So me and my friend begin to seriously ask ourselves as to "why" we deserve such games and how we have to waste 30 minutes on a won game...
When we finally win all our mates and the enemy team were like:
"gg, well played" and "gg. awesome game".
I died a little inside...

Trust me the damage from MoM wouldn't be enough. Butterfly was for the evasion. Their invoker had manta, daedalus and butterfly. Well my reasoning behind AC was that it gives minus armor for enemies and attack speed and armor for our carrys weaver, me and bounty hunter

I wish all my voids were like you. Any voids on my team will go OMG LIFESTEAL and rush morbid mask --> MoM, use chrono to trap one person who is going to die to team anyway (and probably half the team), and then get instagibed when the other 4 come along TT.

lately I've just been going dps support when my team picks dumb heroes, and when they rage at me for not getting support items I rage at them for picking like an idiot, if they expect me to 'play correctly' I expect for them to do the same, wich doesn't include 4 carries. they never have a response for that.
plus, dps support heroes is a ton more fun then running around with a bracer and boots all game :p
